Add your own footwear to go with the loose fitting black clown pants, complete with large, dark red skulls. The top consists of a black tunic style shirt with red and black striped sleeves. A matching ruffle of red and black winds around the bottom of the tunic as well. A pair of decorative clown buttons and ruffles are attached to the front in a vertical row. A solid black circus collar is attached to the neck with a thin red trim. The most frightening part of this scary Halloween costume has to be the grinning clown mask. The mask gives the illusion of white and red face paint with pointed black eye browns and a double row of pointed yellowed fangs. Unkempt tufts of red clown hair protrude from the top at insane angles with a miniature top hat in solid black, tipped to one side.
