Details Clowns can sometimes be scary, but this loveable harlequin is 100% joy. Dress up in the Clown Lolli costume and take on the role of the sweetest clown to ever clown around. The neon polka dot dress flares out at the waist and stays flared with a wire hoop. The long green and yellow checker board sleeves add to the merriment. The clown costume stays extra silly with green faux fur edge. We are not nearly done with this cacophony of color and design. Shocking pink bloomers peek out from under the hem. The pink polka dots just won’t stay put, they have to dance on both the foots. Over sized clown shoe covers finish off this jester costume with a flourish.
