There is the virginal Dorothy costume, the matronly Dorothy costume – and then there is the sparkly, shiny, sequined Dorothy dress with a lot of oomph and a little “woot!” in it. Strut your stuff with or without your own personal Toto, but you'll be toting lots of pizzazz and jazz with this sequined mini Dorothy dress. The exterior is extremely unique with holographic sequins designed into the blue apron pattern, as well as into the two blue hair ties for those girly-girl pigtails. The scooped neckline is accented by a peasant style white top, for a blouse-under-the-apron look, and puffed white sleeves. The white thigh highs, shoes and the Toto dog are not included, but the good news is that all of them can be found in the accessories section of the website. Look for the perfect pair of ruby slippers, or better yet, sequined red slipper to match your sensational glittery Hollywood Dorothy costume.
