Details

Put some slinky moves into that groove when you're a hot hippie retro-wearing chick. This hippie chick isn't just another flower child, she has some jazz in her pizzazz, and zing in her flower rings. This short polyester mini hippie dress falls at mid thigh length, and is designed with an array of paisley, flower and other patterns from the sixties, but all with that familiar blue, red, yellow - and usually some kind of purple or pink - color combination. The dress has long sleeves that bell out like bell bottom pants, and the neckline is a v-neck cut. Of course any true hippie dress, whether saucy, sleek or frumpy, couldn't be complete without the quintessential matching headband around the forehead. To add to the outfit, check out the hippie rings, earrings, sunglasses and other accessories to make the ultimate hippie costume – sometimes just a couple of bracelets and few do-dads can really accent a costume, so don't underestimate the little side accessories. Slip on a pair of white go-go boots, or lace-up black platform boots, and you have the most completely funky, yet pretty hippie dress that's on the market.
