Mixing Liquid 1.5 fl oz 30ml: Liquid makeup base contains a fixative sealer for use with metallic powders and other dry pigment. Dries completely. Washes off easily with soap and water.

Use as liquid makeup base/sealer for metallic powders and dry pigments. Dries completely. Directions: Mix in a small bowl or container with powder. Test for desired effects.

Ingredients:Water (Aqua), SD Alcohol 40B (Alcohol Denat.), Acrylates/Octylacrylamide Copolymer, Triethanolamine, Propylene Glycol, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
